Here's a handy way to let your hospitalized friends and family know you're thinking of them -- send an e-mail!

Simply click on the "Patient E-Mail Service" link below and fill in the form provided. Please be sure to correctly spell the patient's FIRST and LAST names, and include the room number if you know it. When we receive your e-mail it will be printed out and hand delivered by one of our dedicated volunteers at Clinch Valley Medical Center. Messages will be delivered as soon as possible after they're received, during our regular volunteer hours of 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Please keep in mind that this is the equivalent of sending a postcard. Your message will be seen by at least two people when it is printed and delivered, so we cannot provide privacy or confidentiality.
