Registration

We want your registration process to go as smoothly as possible. To minimize your wait time in registration, you may contact Central Registration at (276) 596-6120 for pre-admission.

When you arrive at the hospital, please report to the Central Registration office located on the first floor of the hospital, next to the Information Desk.

Remember to bring:

  • Physician Orders
  • Insurance Cards
  • Social Security Card
  • Advanced Directives (if available)
